Try your hand at cheesemaking

A fantastic opportunity to savor the mouth-watering flavors of mozzarella and the luscious creaminess of burrata. Although making cheese may seem daunting at first, fear not, as you will be guided by the expert hands of our seasoned cheesemakers. The dairy farm you’ll visit specializes in crafting typical delights such as mozzarella, burrata, and nodini. The class will cover the entire cheesemaking process, including the preparation of mozzarella, nodini, burrata, and stracciatella, followed by the preparation of focaccia and fresh handmade pasta. Furthermore, you will be treated to a delectable meal and a guided wine tasting featuring fine Apulian wines.

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
  • From 1st April to 31st October, classes are available at either 10 am or 5 pm.
  • From 1st November to 31st March, classes start at either 9:30 am or 5 pm.
  • Please let us know of any dietary restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on local time.
