Cooking Class in Lecce and Mozzarella Preparation

If you have desire to enjoy a good mozzarella or a very creamy burrata, this is really the experience right for you! At first it may seem difficult to make cheese, but you will be guided by the expert hands of our masters “cheesemakers” so everything will be simple. “Mozzarella“, “Burrata” and “Nodini” are the typical delights of our dairy production. The class includes cheesemaking with preparation of mozzarella, nodini, burrata and stracciatella and cooking of focaccia, fresh handmade pasta, lunch, or dinner and guided technical tasting of fine Apulian wines.

Additional Info

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
  • Class starts at 10am and afternoon at 5pm from 1st April to 31st October.
  • Class starts at 9:30am and afternoon at 5pm from 1st November to 31st March.
  • Please let us know if you have any food intolerance.
  • Most travelers can participate.

Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
