Driving in Puglia

Every car rental includes KASKO insurance with limited deductibles and no mileage restrictions.
Upon picking up your car, a deposit will be charged to your credit card, which will be returned upon returning the vehicle.

The availability of automatic transmission vehicles varies, with manual transmission being the standard option provided; however, if you require an automatic transmission vehicle, please inform us prior to booking, so we can confirm availability.

Certainly, we are able to arrange accommodations and experiences for your tour even if you plan to use your own vehicle. Additionally, we can also create a customized itinerary for you if you prefer to travel by bus or train, or we can hire a chauffeur for you if you prefer.

Additionally, in the United States, we accept Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Union Pay (when affiliated with Visa/Mastercard/Discover), as well as gift cards issued by credit card companies such as Visa and Amex. Please note that for pre-paid gift cards, you can only charge the full balance or less; charging more than the amount on the card will result in the transaction being declined.

If the trip is canceled 30 calendar days before arrival, there is a 75% penalty for the total trip amount, and the balance payment will be refunded; however, no refund will be given for cancellations made within 15 days of the service start. We strongly advise getting appropriate travel cancellation insurance, and please note that no changes can be made once you are in Italy.
