Please note that for pre-paid gift cards, you can only charge the full balance or less; charging more than the amount on the card will result in the transaction being declined.

If the trip is canceled 30 calendar days before arrival, there is a 75% penalty for the total trip amount, and the balance payment will be refunded; however, no refund will be given for cancellations made within 15 days of the service start. We strongly advise getting appropriate travel cancellation insurance, and please note that no changes can be made once you are in Italy.
