Buckle up as we wind our way through the scenic Itria Valley, flanked by lush olive groves, ancient dry stone walls, and charming alleys that whisper tales of centuries past.
STEP 2 – Ostuni
Upon reaching Ostuni, the “White City,” dive into its historic charm with a guided city tour, followed by a delectable light lunch at a cozy home restaurant, featuring the finest local products.
STEP 3 – Casalini
As we journey through Casalini, you will visit an olive oil mill providing a firsthand glimpse into the fascinating world of oil production—a true treat for the senses.
STEP 4 – Cisternino
