A fantastic opportunity to savor the mouth-watering flavors of mozzarella and the luscious creaminess of burrata. Although making cheese may seem daunting at first, fear not, as you will be guided by the expert hands of our seasoned cheesemakers. The dairy farm you’ll visit specializes in crafting typical delights such as mozzarella, burrata, and nodini. The class will cover the entire cheesemaking process, including the preparation of mozzarella, nodini, burrata, and stracciatella, followed by the preparation of focaccia and fresh handmade pasta. Furthermore, you will be treated to a delectable meal and a guided wine tasting featuring fine Apulian wines.
