Join us on a culinary journey that immerses you in the heart of Puglia’s gastronomic culture. The adventure commences with a tour of a local market where you will select fresh ingredients for your cooking class. You’ll stop at a charming café to indulge in a cup of authentic Leccese coffee, steeped in the rich coffee-making tradition of the region.

During the cooking class, an expert chef will guide you through the preparation of a full four-course menu. You’ll learn how to blend traditional ingredients with contemporary techniques to create delicious, authentic Puglian cuisine. After the lesson, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor as you savor your creations in a convivial atmosphere.

To complement your meal, you will also be introduced to the wines of Puglia, the local grape varieties and wine-making techniques. You’ll learn how to pair wines with different dishes to enhance the flavors of your meal.
