The visit commences with a tour of an ancient museum and culminates with a visit to the state-of-the-art cellar, where the various stages of wine production are illustrated. Along the way, you will receive a detailed explanation of the winemaking process, covering everything from harvesting to marketing, including vinification, aging, and bottling. The wines produced are exclusively crafted from Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes, sourced from the estate’s owned vineyards, which primarily utilize the small bush pugliese system and thrive on limestone-clayey red soil, basking in the warm Apulian sun and caressed by the Ionian Sea breeze. Finally, indulge in a tasting of some of the estate’s representative wines accompanied by some delectable finger food.
